I researched best oil for hair and the research said grape seed oil. I usually use avocado oil on my frizzy gray hair to try to tame it but it wasn't working. I decided to mix the grape seed and avocado and it works GREAT for my hair. For me, the grape seed oil is a must-have for my hair.
