Domestic Shipping (USA)
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days or more for delivery (based on distance).
All orders received after 10:00AM CST will be processed the next business day.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $99+ within the USA.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS. Both options available at checkout.
Please be aware that customs and duties may be applied by your country and are your responsibility. These fees are imposed by your government, and the carrier will notify you of any charges. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with these fees, nor can we refund international shipping costs if packages are returned.
Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout.
Delivery for all international orders may take up to 7-21 business days.
Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide. All orders are packed with extra care to ensure your items arrive to you safely and on time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Large Orders:
For large orders, over $300, especially initial ones, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security.
Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order, back to us, within 14 days of the delivery date for U.S orders and 21 days for international orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that, past these return windows, we will not issue any refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately items on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once processed, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. A return initiated due to a mistake on our end or the item arriving faulty, then shipping costs will also be refunded.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing or if it has not yet been submitted to the shipping carrier; whichever occurs first. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to cancel it.
